A Surrealist Century, the 100 year anniversary
celebration of the surrealist movement at Cernuda Arte,
    is presented throughout all three

Displayed here, the entrance to the original showroom
with a presentation of distinguished surrealist masters

    Cuban Art

Among the most important surrealist artists of the 20th century,
the multidisciplinary Wifredo Lam was a ceaselessly
creative visionary. We are honored to include
more than fifteen works by this international master
in this exhibition. Left, four oil on canvas works
from the 1960s and 1970s. Against the column,
an exquisite bronze from his Italian period.
Right, the historic and elegant 1940s oil on canvas
masterwork, Untitled [Silence of the Jungle].

“A true picture has the power to set the imagination to work, even if it takes time.”
